Zero Data Retention (ZDR)
Upon completion of a production run or termination of contract, all CAD files, BOMs, and proprietary schematics are permanently purged from our servers with cryptographic proof of deletion.
Air-Gapped Production
For ITAR-registered defense components, our CNC cells operate on completely air-gapped networks, physically disconnected from the external internet to prevent external intrusion.
Strict NDA Enforcement
Every employee, from executive leadership to line machinists, is bound by comprehensive confidentiality agreements. Shop floor camera access is strictly prohibited.
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
ABC Manufacturing acknowledges that all designs, drawings, specifications, CAD files, and materials ("Client IP") provided by the client remain the sole and exclusive property of the client. Under no circumstances does ABC Manufacturing claim ownership, derivative rights, or licensing rights over Client IP.
2. Secure File Transfer & Storage
All digital transfers of schematics and BOMs must occur via our encrypted Client Portal (AES-256 in transit and at rest). We do not accept production files via unencrypted email. Data is stored on dedicated, single-tenant servers located within the United States for North American clients, ensuring complete geographic data sovereignty.
3. Physical Facility Security
Our global manufacturing campuses employ biometric access controls, 24/7 internal and external CCTV monitoring, and strict zoning partitions. "Red Zones" (high-security assembly areas for defense and medical IP) require secondary authentication and are restricted to vetted, full-time engineering staff only.
4. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Data
When participating in our VMI programs, we collect and process inventory drawdown metrics, shipping destinations, and volume forecasts. This operational data is strictly utilized for the sole purpose of ensuring Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and is never aggregated, sold, or shared with third parties.
5. Legal Jurisdiction & Enforceability
Our Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs) and IP Protection covenants are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, providing robust and predictable legal frameworks for corporate IP enforcement.
